Systemic and Holistic Life Coaching

In Holistic & Systemic Coaching I integrate key principles of EFT, Systemic Constellations, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Mindfulness, and developmental psychology, integral theory in a creative way to assist you to tap into your inner resources and apply them in your everyday life to your benefit. Embodied experience plays a major role in the sessions. We connect Mind-Body-Heart to find the best possible solution for you.

Holistic & Systemic Coaching enables you to become more aware of the roots of your emotions & your resources and how these are interconnected with the groups you are part of. We are individuals who are both systems of mind, body, and spirit but also part of a wider system of family, work, society, and beyond.

You discover and cultivate options and techniques for self-management, and communication. I assist you to develop strategies to manage everyday challenges and start new habits that will support you. You develop strategies to approach challenges from a holistic point of view. Rather than trying to control the outside circumstances, you’ll focus on your own reaction – Why am I reacting this way? – asking this question with curiosity, not judgment. In our sessions, I am holding a safe space for you to discover these resources of yours and how you can integrate them.

We can’t create something new until we acknowledge what it is that is holding us back. Another important step is being able to let go of – our expectations, a certain outcome… This puts extra and unnecessary pressure on our shoulders. As this process will bring to the surface the shadows that we’ve been trying to avoid, we need to practise compassion towards the self and others.

My approach

The holistic approach I practise, understands that we are individuals who are both systems of mind, body, and spirit but also part of a wider system of family, work, society, and beyond.

Coaching enables me to gently push people’s boundaries, experience challenges, and allow them to recognise behaviour patterns that don’t serve them anymore. While the holistic and systemic approach help with exploring what we feel, why we might be feeling it, and how to cope with it, coaching helps with how to choose a different reaction in the future for similar triggers.

My aim is to help you to see yourself as an individual composed of different parts and experiences; how these experiences have shaped you. Integrate their teachings while you are acquiring a deeper understanding of yourself. And at the same time, you will see how you are part of different external groups such as family, friends, work, and environment, and how you can find your place.


I recognize that everyone is a part of multiple systems that are mutually influencing our life. In my coaching work, I use the systemic view that offers a unique way of approaching your obstacles. It helps you to see and to acknowledge what is. When we accept the situation, we have the possibility to do something about changing it.

We create a 3D representation of the challenges you would like to overcome. That allows you the see what was holding you back and what you need to do to take the next step. We connect Mind-Body-Heart.

Acceptance is not giving up, but acknowledging the situation.

When we are centred – Mind-Body-Heart are aligned, then we are able to reconnect with ourselves and our inner compass.

What to expect after the session?

My aim is for you to be more aware of the old patterns you are working on transforming. Everyone experiences changes in a different way. The work is happening at the pace that is best suited to you. Be patient and compassionate with yourself.

We all have an inner knowing that knows exactly what to do. To let this inner knowing of ours shine, we need to trust it. Be empathetic, and compassionate toward yourself to become the person you need to be to experience a fulfilling life.

Changes need to be embraced not resisted in order to get the best out of them.

As ‘Life is 10% of what happens to you, and 90% of how you react to it’, and when we are aware of why we react the way we react, we are able to create a different experience. So life won’t happen to you but you will be creating the life that is supporting you.
