Coaching offers you a different perspective onto your obstacles. It is like seeing them from a different angle and this novelty can bring forward the solution you are looking for.
Life is a chain of constant changes and your approach and flexibility towards these changes will help you to have enriched experiences in your life. Changes need to be embraced not resisted in order to get the best out of them. Just like a cocoon when it is time to moult into a chrysalis. He stops resisting the change and then transforms into a butterfly.
My aim is to create a safe environment where you can explore and discover what is stopping you from progressing in the way you’d like to, face your challenges in a supporting environment.
The holistic approach to transformation allows you to look at the problem from different perspectives and choose the best approach forward. Sometimes we need to look behind the scene to understand why we are stuck and what we need to do in order to get ourself unstuck.
It often happens that we do the things we think should help us move forward and still we are in a stalemate. You might
- feel lost and without the sense of direction
- want to achieve our goals but you just don’t know what to do first, so you don’t even try
- do the things that aren’t getting you closer to the your desire but keeps you busy, so you have a false sense of movement
- fear – and not just fear of failure but it can be fear of success that is holding you back
- negative self talk that is based on our belief system that was imposed on us as children
- have many other obstacles that you don’t know how to move beyond them
On my sessions, I help you to
