We all experience ups and downs in every aspect of our lives. Have you ever wondered why? I believe it is so we can learn and evolve. To learn about ourselves and the world, to rediscover and reconnect to our true reason for being here, to create values and pass on the wisdom.

We need to re-learn to remember what it was to be in harmony and at peace with ourselves, with the world, and then practise this knowledge.

Pain and struggles are part of life. Numbing and denying them helps only temporarily and it covers the real issue. Our response to struggles differs based on our life story. When we understand our reactions & ourselves, when we see the challenges from different perspectives, that’s when we can choose different (re)actions. The responsibility for that, what lies within our sphere of influence goes hand in hand with the consequences showing up. We have the freedom to accept or to refuse this. I know it isnโ€™t easy, but it IS POSSIBLE. It is impossible only if we donโ€™t even try. We are constantly looking outside, when the answers are within. The outside world is just a reflection of what is going on inside. They mutually influence each other.

The issue wonโ€™t be an issue anymore, because our attitude towards it has transformed. We develop coping skills and reconnect to our inner resources. Focus on one step at a time to create space for transformation and movement. The road will reveal itself in due course. Trust the process!


My Aim

I am doing this work because I believe that the changes we would like to see in the world need to start within ourselves. A Hungarian saying sums it up nicely for me:

โ€˜Mindenki magรกbรณl indul ki.โ€™ โ€“ ‘Everyone starts from within.’

I would like to support and inspire people to change their perception of the difficulties theyโ€™ve experienced and help them to reconnect to their true self, their inner resources. I believe we all have a unique purpose to be here. By discovering it, we are able to create communities where we are more aligned with the world around and beyond us. Where we recognise that hurting others is basically hurting ourselves. And we look after the most vulnerable, selflessly.

We canโ€™t separate the individual from the whole, and we canโ€™t separate the whole from the individual. They mutually influence each other. Therefore, the changes you make in your life, the transformation youโ€™ll go through on your path, will impact those around you as well. Heal yourself first, to be able to heal โ€˜yourโ€™ world.

Being self-aware is a good place to start.

โ€˜Order is the soul of everything, as outside so inside, as above so below.โ€™

My Approach

In my approach, I emphasise the Mind-Body-Hand-Heart-Soul (Spirit) connection. We focus on your emotional and mental well-being, the possible origins, on recognising patterns, shifting the attention from โ€˜I canโ€™t do anythingโ€™ to โ€˜What is this and what can I do differentlyโ€™ while taking into consideration your environment, personal history and experiences. And leave thatโ€™s what is beyond your sphere of influence to That who it belongs to.

The aim is for you to learn from your experience and see what you can do differently going forward.  This is achieved by using different energy techniques and energy psychology such as EFT, Reiki, the principles of Systemic constellations โ€“ one of which is Love is the guiding force. To create space for change and see the next step.

Creativity, intuition, and energy work are essential parts of my work and approach.

Ways to assist you*

โ€˜It isnโ€™t perfection but wholeness that brings peace, calmness, and balance into our lifeโ€™.

Systemic (Family) Constellations – is a method that helps you to get a resolution to deeper issues or problems you feel that you know inside out and yet couldnโ€™t find the resolution. It helps to reveal the hidden dynamics between your personal difficulties through the lens of your family and other systems such as community and organisation. The goal is to create space for change, to find workable and sustainable steps for long-term change while we are accepting and respecting our personal history.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) – or โ€˜Tappingโ€™. It is a gentle yet powerful mind-body method. It is an alternative treatment for emotional distress, physical pain, bad memories, trauma treatment and stress release method. It combines a gentle touch together with mindful and vocal attention to thoughts and feelings. This leads to uncovering โ€˜hiddenโ€™ memories, experiences, and belief systems underlying and influencing our current state. By revealing them, we allow our subconscious to develop a new way of seeing ourselves and our experiences.

Reiki – Reiki is a universal life energy. It supports the bodyโ€™s regenerative self-healing abilities. It is a form of treatment that is beneficial whether you are experiencing stress on a daily basis or youโ€™d like to treat yourself to a session of deep relaxation and meditation. Its benefits include but aren’t limited to: calming emotions, emotional upsets, and stress; improving mind and body; and supporting your body’s self-healing abilities. (But always consult with a medical professional when having a physical symptom!)

Systemic & Holistic Coaching – is a way of coaching that enables you to have a different relationship with your obstacles, and goals through hidden dimensions of inner images and unspoken statements. It helps you to receive a different perspective and from this a new course of possible actions arises. In a session we are โ€˜thinkingโ€™ with our whole body, not just the mind.

Through my work I would like to support and inspire people to change their perception of the difficulties theyโ€™ve experienced and help them to reconnect to their inner resources, to their true self, to experience balance and flow despite the difficulties they face. โ€˜To think with their heart.โ€™ I believe that the changes we would like to see in the world, need to start within ourselves.

Unfortunately, we canโ€™t undo things that happened to us or what we did BUT we can choose to face and integrate them which then results in them losing their grip on us.

Having worked in education and also experienced a fair share of personal and professional challenges, I feel passionate about offering a helping hand, to set good examples for those following us.

In my My Approach, I emphasise the Mind-Body-Hand-Heart-Soul connection. That sees you from a holistic point of view, rather than through the individual parts.

With my work I would like to contribute to creating communities where we understand that we are more interconnected with each other and the world than we thought. We all have our place and role here.
