There is so much noise around us that often we don’t even know ourselves what we really want. We lose direction, we feel stuck, we want a change but don’t know how to make it happen, and if the change happens we feel anxious and worry how we are going to cope. We lose connection with ourselves and with our environment.

Every behaviour satisfies a need. When we understand our behaviour and see how our environment, our family, our early experiences have shaped and influenced us; when we acknowledge the impact of the transgenerational trauma (trauma that passes through generations), we give ourselves the opportunity to move towards our future. We’re moving by practicing a non-judgemental approach towards our past and ourselves. This helps us to transform the burdens we’ve been carrying, into the force that will push us forward. If we give ourselves the permission to do so.
Every situation, every step we make offers us a unique opportunity to grow and learn how to be resilient towards the changes that life sends
in our way. I believe we have an ‘inner compass’ that is guiding us. Every one of us has the strength within to change and transform and cope with the outer circumstances by staying centred. Transformation comes from within.
How often does it happen that you feel nobody understands you? That you feel like an outsider in your own life? You tried so many different approaches but nothing seems to be working. Being seen, heard, connected and to belong are amongst the basic human needs. Our reaction to our present experience depends a lot on our previous experiences. Often we don’t even know why we react the way we do.
I believe that by seeing the hidden dynamics and loyalties that might be holding us back, provides resources for creating space for the next step. As a result, we will be better resourced to the changes in the outside world.

I believe that when people get a perspective on their own strength, they find within them powerful resources for growth, to reconnect with themselves, to navigate life in the most supportive way. This impacts not just the individual, but also their environment. I help you to see the interconnectedness of your experiences with your current situation, behaviours and together we decide what is the best way forward.
Therapeutic coaching allows me to draw from various methods and theories to help you accept, process, and find a way to help you.
Systemic constellations (family constellations) is one of my favourite ways to unveil how we are part of multiple systems, and how our place in these systems impacts us. This allows you to see things from a perspective that allows you to make different choices and create a shift in you, in your life.
With Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a form of counselling intervention that draws on various theories on alternative medicine including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming, energy medicine, Thought Field Therapy.
I work relationally which means that on our sessions you are encouraged to explore and understand how early experiences, past relationships, even your family’s history impact your present difficulties, all whilst I am holding a safe place for you and support you along the way.
In my work – Therapeutic Coaching – I integrate key principles of EFT, Systemic Constellations, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Mindfulness, developmental psychology. I help you to learn about what you’re feeling, why you might be feeling it, and how to cope and how to apply your newly found skills in the future.
Transformation happens from within. In order to reconnect with your own resources we’ll work with 5 areas, which I named the 5 Concepts of Transformation. They are like a quick aid to help you snap out of the auto-pilot mode. I work with these areas interchangeably depending on your needs and intentions.

The change you might experience after the sessions blossom from awareness and acceptance. The change can be experienced as:
- Dramatic change – this is a profound change. You immediately know that something has shifted, and something new has started.
- Evolutionary change – this is a kind of change that comes on gradually. You might not be as euphoric as after the dramatic change, but you are already on the way.
- Delayed change – you feel a little ‘fuzzy’ about the change. You did something (had a coaching session, EFT session, family constellations session…) You can’t put your finger on what has just happened, and consciously you aren’t able to explain yourself the change. Although you can feel in your gut, that something is different.
The Beacon of Light
Our outer world is getting noisier and noisier. We are being bombarded with different messages from all angles, everyone wants our attention. We get confused and we aren’t so sure about which is the right way to follow. And yet there is that little voice within. We all know what works for us, what helps us to live a fulfilling life but somewhere along the way we forgot about it, we ‘unlearnt’ to trust it. The voice within is like a beacon of light guiding us through stormy seas of our life. When we learn how to trust ourselves, and how to love ourselves unconditionally, we will be able to experience the challenges life throws at us from a more connected and centred way. As a result, we will be able to make choices more aligned with our values and what is really important to us.
