Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, lost, confused, ostracised, anxious, not fitting in, alone, experiencing difficulties and it is challenging to face what’s in front of us. The list of what one might be facing goes on and on. In the midst of it, all we want is to move past the obstacles and experience life with as little resistance as possible. To feel good. To be seen, to be heard, to be understood. To be connected.
We are unique and wonderful individuals who want to be seen, understood, loved, and to belong. We long for connection. We are able to grow only in connection (connection to ourselves and to others). As we don’t exist in separation, we also need to remember to provide the very same things we long for to those around us.
When we see ourselves not just as individuals, but also as an integrative part of bigger communities such as our family, friends, society, nation….universe; we understand that what we do or not do for ourselves, impacts not just us but everyone else around us.
When we acknowledge and understand the patterns we have created and followed, we are able to make conscious decisions towards creating new patterns.

The holistic approach I practise, understands that we are individuals who are both systems of mind, body, and spirit but also part of a wider system of family, work, society, and beyond. When we focus on the ‘I’ to feel good, and on the ‘they’ to feel good, it means that we all are ok, the communities are striving because we created a healthy supporting system for all of us.
My aim is to contribute to your well-being and deepen our compassionate connections with the others around us. When we feel good, and also the others around us feel good, everyone is in the right place to contribute towards the greater good.
My aim is to facilitate your healing process. To assist you in seeing what you might not have seen clearly enough before, the connections you might not have noticed. You will find your inner resources and free yourself of the burdens you’ve been carrying. You will rediscover your True self and Reconnect with it. You develop strategies to manage your well-being and live your life in peace.
You do not have to do it all alone.

Ways to assist you

Family constellations, EFT, Reiki and Systemic & Holistic coaching are all different ways that I can assist you with your transformation.
Family Constellations – allows you to see the hidden dynamics between your personal difficulties through the lens of your family system. You will have a better understanding not just on a cognitive level but also on a soul level.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) – helps you to work through any emotional distress in a supportive way. An EFT intervention utilizes the same pathways found in traditional Chinese energy medicine, capitalising on our ability to think about or ‘tune-in’ to our problem or issue in proactive ways. By the end of a session, you will feel different in connection to your ‘problems’ and can bring surprising – and lasting – relief, change the energy you bring to any life situation, and so much more.
Reiki – it is a Universal Life Energy that allows you to feel relaxed, and helps your self-healing abilities. Regular reiki TREATments contribute to your general well-being and balance. It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
Systemic & Holistic Coaching – helps you by setting up a 3D map of the different components of your desired state involving mind, body and deeper knowing (intuition). You will get new insights from looking at this map and from there the inspired action to take will arise.
