EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
What is EFT?
EFT is short for Emotional Freedom Techniques or ‘Tapping’ – as gentle tapping is involved in the process. It is a gentle yet powerful mind-body method that can also be used as a self-help method. It is an alternative treatment for emotional distress, unpleasant memories, the emotional element of physical pain, to resolve a specific issue (past, present or future).
EFT incorporates some of the elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The basis of this method is that our Qi (Chi/Ki – ‘body’s vital life energy’) flows along channels called ‘meridians’ in the body to keep the person’s emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health in balance. When there is a block in the system, we experience uncomfortable emotions and difficulties.
How can EFT help me?
Our body, mind and emotions are intricately connected. EFT helps with releasing difficult emotions that are connected to a challenging situation, memory, traumatic event, performance, upcoming events just to mention a few. You learn how to reconnect to your somatic experience and decode what it is trying to tell you.
EFT helps transform the stories of the subconscious mind.
What happens during an EFT session?
We stimulate the meridian points by tapping on them gently. At the same time, we vocalise what’s going on for us in the moment while focusing on our internal process. As we do this we allow our subconscious mind to bring forward the root cause of the relevant issues.
What happens after an EFT session?
It depends on the individual as we have our own unique experiences. However, in general, people feel somehow lighter, notice a different perspective on their issue, become more self-aware and start seeing their actions through this lens.

How long until I clear an issue with EFT?
It depends on the issue and you. Some obstacles are relatively easy to clear and they require only a few sessions. On the other hand, there are those which require a long-term commitment. After each session, you’ll notice the next piece of the puzzle being revealed.
How often do I need to have a session?
I usually advise to begin with 2-week intervals and gradually work towards less frequent sessions until you feel that you are OK to carry on your own.
It is also possible to have sessions as and when you feel the need for a little clarity and self-care.
Can I tap alone or only with a practitioner?
Yes, you absolutely can once you know what to do. In fact, I always encourage my clients to do their own tapping in between the sessions. This allows them to have a tool they can use to self-regulate and practise self-awareness and self-reflection.
Family/Systemic Constellations
What is Family/Systemic Constellations?
Systemic constellations is a method that helps you to get a resolution to deeper issues or problems you feel that you know inside out and yet couldnāt find the resolution.
It helps to reveal the hidden dynamics within the system (family, community, organisation) and to restore balance. We restore balance by following the Orders of Love – everyone belongs, everyone has their right place, equal give and take.
Once the balance is restored, love flows freely again, and you will experience a sense of lightness and peace. The goal is to identify the dynamics of issues and find workable and sustainable steps for long-term change.
How can Family/Systemic Constellations help me?
Family Constellations assists us in seeing what’s been hidden from you. We acknowledge the emotions, see the truth that bring a sense of peace to our soul. The Truth – not our subjective truth but Truth that is present whether we want to see it or not – contributes to our life getting untangled from the life of our ancestors. When we are ‘untangled’ we feel more alive, more energetic and this change of perspective helps us acquire information unbeknownst to us.
What am I going to feel?
It is different for everyone. Overall, seeing, acknowledging and accepting the hidden truth feels like a weight being lifted off one’s shoulder. And just a feeling of peace.
What happens during the session?
First and foremost your work with Family Constellations doesn’t start only when you come to the session. It starts at the moment you come to the session. Your intention has already set the energy into motion.
We start with an initial interview where you state your intention and current situation. After this, we start the work bringing the relevant information into the work. There are two ways of conducting a session – 1 to 1 or group. They both offer unique perspectives. In a 1 to 1 session we use figures or objects to help with the representation. In a group setting, we choose individuals as representatives. We lean into phenomenology – which is the philosophy of experiences. There are universal human experiences that we can connect to. In this work, we don’t evaluate or interpret our experience BUT track and describe it.
How often do I need to have a session?
It varies for everyone. Some feel the need to have a session regularly and some have only 1.
Give at least 1-2 months before attending a session on a different topic. And at least 3 months before another session on the same topic.
Reiki
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a universal life force that runs in every single being on Earth. It is also called Qi or Prana. In Traditional Chinese medicine, this life energy flows along channels called ‘meridians’ in the body to keep the person’s emotional, spiritual, mental and physical health in balance. When there is a block in this system, we experience uncomfortable emotions, difficulties, and other discomfort in the body.
How can Reiki help me?
Reiki has a wide range of range of benefits:

- improved sleep
- healthy body-mind connection
- clears the mind and improves focus
- releases emotional and energetic blockages

Reiki supports your body’s healing system.
What happens during the session?
During a session, you are lying down – clothed. As you receive Reiki you can be gently touched on the areas where you need treatment and where is appropriate to be touched. If you prefer to receive Riki without touch, it is also possible. In this case, the practitioner’s hand is just hovering above the treated area.
It is good to have an intention, but we also need to keep in mind that Reiki is an intelligent energy and it knows best where it is needed the most. And it might happen that this ‘knowing’ of Reiki doesn’t agree with our intentions. That is fine.
What am I going to feel?
It is unique to everyone. It could be some of the following but the experience is not limited to only these:
Feeling cold, warm, tingling, sleepiness, vivid dreaming, images, colours, a burst of emotions.
Whatever we experience it is helping our energy system to get back to balance. It can happen that one is feeling overwhelm with emotions and starts to cry. That is also normal. you don’t need to know what was that about. The fact your system has released it is contributing to your well-being.
What can I expect after the session?
Even after one session, you will feel different. Most people feel calmness or the feeling of that after a good night’s sleep. Reiki treatment is really not about ‘fixing’ but supporting your energy system to stay balanced, it is advised to have at least 3 sessions to notice a more lasting impact.
But again, it is down to the individual how often they would like to have a session.
How often do I need to have a session?
It is completely your choice. You can decide to have more regular sessions to help you with your general well-being and feel more relaxed, centred and present. Or you can have it once in a while to support you in any life experience you are going through.
Systemic Life Coaching
What is Systemic Life Coaching?
It helps you to find your inner resources and reconnect to them. All by looking at your obstacles from a point of view where you don’t see them separately but in relation to yourself, your environment and your past. We integrate somatic, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects to assist you.
How is it useful to me?
It offers insights that carry new or yet unnoticed information. This will allow you to see beyond the usual way you’ve been looking at your obstacle. You receive clarity about your next step and get a better understanding of the obstacle.
How often do I need a session?
This is really up to you. You might just want to have a few sessions to receive a little support with reaching your goal.
What changes will be there?
You start to have more clarity and by re-discovering and reconnecting to your inner resources, you’ll be able to make decisions that are more aligned with your true self.
